Payment is non-refundable. Same day cancellations are non-refundable & non-transferrable for individual spa services & Grown Up and Me spa day. 

Providing up to a 24 hours notice, if you are unable to attend your selected date, the date can be rescheduled for up to 30 days. (Rescheduling subject to availability).  

JAMS Club spa services are for entertainment purposes only and are not performed by licensed cosmetologists. We are unable to remove gel polish and do not use clippers or sharp objects during services.
